Privacy Policy for HerWeight

Welcome to HerWeight (the "App"). As an indie developer, I highly value the privacy and sensitivity of your personal health data. The App is designed to be a pure, secure, and fully localized tool.

In short: I do not collect, store, or sell any of your health data.

1. Apple Health (HealthKit) Data The App requests access to read and write your Apple Health data (specifically Weight, Body Fat, and Menstruation data).

• Usage: This data is used strictly locally on your device to generate trend charts, cycle comparisons, and provide a calming user interface.
• Protection: Your HealthKit data is NEVER uploaded to any external servers, NEVER used for advertising or tracking, and NEVER shared with or sold to any third parties.

2. Data Storage and Sync All your body records and cycle data are stored exclusively on your local device and securely synced via your personal iCloud account. As the developer, I have zero servers and absolutely no access to view or modify your private data.

3. Diagnostics and Purchase Data

• Diagnostics: If you opt-in to share analytics with developers in your iOS settings, I may receive anonymous crash reports directly from Apple. These are used solely to fix bugs and improve the App's stability.
• Purchases: In-App Purchases are handled securely by Apple (and our anonymous subscription management tool, RevenueCat). I do not have access to, nor do I store, any of your payment or credit card information.

4. Your Rights Since your data lives on your device, you retain full control over it. You can delete your records at any time within the App or directly through your iOS Apple Health settings.
