1. I downloaded the app on my iPhone, but I can't find Wagly on my Apple Watch. Usually, iOS automatically installs companion apps to your Apple Watch. If it didn't install automatically, you can do it manually:
2. Why aren't my dog walks updating my Apple Activity Rings? Wagly needs permission to sync with Apple HealthKit to close your rings. If you accidentally denied permission during onboarding, you can enable it here:
3. If I get a new iPhone or reinstall the app, do I have to pay again? Absolutely not! Wagly Premium is a one-time lifetime purchase. Simply navigate to the paywall or settings screen inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases". As long as you are using the same Apple ID, all your premium dog breeds and Watch complications will be instantly unlocked for free.
4. My dog's breed or coat color is missing! What can I do? Wagly is continuously expanding its dog gallery! Feel free to leave a review on the App Store or email me your specific breed requests. The most requested dogs will be prioritized in the upcoming updates!
